PartWays never asks for names. Each invitation carries a unique PartWays Interview Id, and that Id is all your team sees next to the interview.
- Mobile numbers are masked in the workspace and used only to send the invitation.
- Email addresses and phone numbers are removed from what people say, and the AI leaves out names.
- Results for small groups are hidden, and you can choose aggregate-only reporting with no quotes.

What counts as one interview?
One credit is used when you send an invitation. If the person declines or never responds, the credit is still used, because the invitation was sent. Reminders to the same person are free, and so are previews you take yourself.
Is there a human interviewer option?
No. PartWays is an AI interviewer, by voice or by text. That keeps it independent and available whenever the person is, in their own language. If someone wants to speak to your team, they can ask to be contacted, separately from their feedback.
How is the employee de-identified?
You add people by mobile number only; we do not ask for names. Each invitation has a unique PartWays Interview Id, and the workspace shows that Id with a masked number. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed from what people say, and the AI is instructed to leave out names. The full number is only shown if the person asks your team to contact them.
Does the employee see what is shared?
Yes. After the conversation they see a summary, can correct, remove or add to any point, confirm their reasons for leaving, and choose whether to submit. Nothing is shared until they do, and they can withdraw later.
Which languages are supported?
Interviews run in English, German and French. Findings are reported in English with the original wording available where your reporting rules allow quotes.
Are recordings kept?
No. Audio is processed live to run the conversation and is not stored. The written transcript and the approved summary are kept.
How are invitations sent?
By WhatsApp, to the mobile number you provide. You can preview every message before it goes, and edit the wording per programme.
